Not a weeaboo: Someone who likes studying Japanese culture, reading political information, and researching its history while also enjoying various creations over many mediums.
Weeaboo: Running around like an idiot screaming broken Japanese while glomping complete strangers and only eating pocky, not willing to even bother studying up on Japan's culture and instead gets all of their knowledge on the culture via anime, which gives them a totally warped and distorted picture.
