I was at walmart the other day, and I was sitting on a bench waiting for my mom to pay, and I was braiding my hair because that’s something I do when I’m bored, and this dude walks by and says, “hey baby, what else can you do with your hands?” I gave him my most polite smile and said in the sweetest way possible, “strangle you.”

And I think I actually scared him because his eyes got kind of wide and he just walked away.

Really? This person is really going to pretend that men think ENTIRELY different from women. Shows their age/ignorance. Why do women(and girls) ignore men over and over again when they explain to them that they are VISUAL creatures. It takes effort to control sexual desires as a man. Most women don’t think of most of the men they meet everyday in a sexual way. Unlike men who do. They say they do. So having rules regarding attire that isn’t overly revealing isn’t illogical or overbearing. It makes sense. But so many young people are so idealistic and lack any nuance into their philosophy of life(the same philosophy on life that will inevitably change with time and experience).

Translation:

When men find women attractive, we can’t do our work. We just have to stare! We can’t focus on anything else. We’re visual creatures. Not staring takes an effort. You want to know what doesn’t take effort though?

In art class my friend rolled himself in bubble wrap and stayed like that the whole day. When he sat down in our math class the teacher told him to take it off and he didn’t want to so he said “long live the king” and rolled out the door and down the hallway. This makes me so happy, and yet so sad.

He was smart, he was a writer (you could tell by his phrasing) and this is something he TRULY cares about. That boy has a heart and he cares. He sees the truth for what it is and he refuses to sit idly and watch as the youth of america just stumbles by.

BUT the teacher was done. She didn’t care. She was fed up.

BUT the students were uncaring, even laughing, as this young man walked out

BUT this video was put online to be deemed as a joke and embarrass that boy.

I am so proud of you

To take your opinion and share. NOT ONCE did he threaten her, NOT ONCE did he raise his voice above a proper projection so that the class could hear his words NOT ONCE did he insult her in any means past how she was behaving with her job. He didn’t undermine her. He didn’t hurt her, and yet he gave his message and left in peace.

That makes him a true, undeniable, super hero in my eyes.
